The Challenge
The Problem Despite its clinical reputation, Raghu Ram Medicare had virtually no digital presence to match the quality of care it delivered. Patients found the clinic entirely through word-of-mouth or physical signage, limiting new patient discovery to a hyperlocal radius — and all appointment bookings were handled over phone calls, creating bottlenecks and missed opportunities outside OPD hours. More critically, the clinic's visual identity didn't reflect the calibre of its lead physician. An FCCS-USA certified specialist with international credentials and over two decades of experience deserved a presence that communicated authority and trust — yet larger hospital chains in the NCR region with far less specialized care had polished digital presences, drawing patients who would have otherwise chosen a specialist of Dr. Mohan Bandhu's stature. With plans already forming to expand into a multi-specialty setup, the existing brand had no room to scale. The gap between the clinic's real-world reputation and its digital footprint had simply become too wide to ignore.
The Solution
We designed and built a full-stack, production-ready web presence that positions Raghu Ram Medicare as Ghaziabad's most credible specialty healthcare destination — not just a local clinic, but a genuine institution. Strategically, we led with Dr. Mohan Bandhu Gupta's credentials as the primary trust signal — the FCCS-USA certification, KGMU pedigree, and 20+ years of practice — framing the clinic as a specialist-led centre of excellence rather than a generic healthcare provider. On the design side, we made a deliberate departure from the typical hospital red-and-white, choosing instead a premium dark palette with a gold accent that communicates authority, refinement, and trust. Typography pairs Cormorant Garamond with Plus Jakarta Sans, creating a visual language closer to a prestigious private practice than a neighbourhood clinic. The full build covered six core pages — Home, About, Centers of Excellence, Doctor Profiles, Patient Care, and Contact — with a live appointment request form, scroll-aware navigation, OPD schedule display, health package listings, an insurance and TPA directory, and a careers section, all built on Next.js 14 with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS for performance, SEO, and long-term scalability. The copy was written to balance clinical authority with human warmth, leaning into the unique detail that Dr. Mohan Bandhu is also a singer and playwright — which became the "Creative Corner" feature, making the brand feel genuinely personal and differentiated from every other hospital website in the region.
The Results
The project is currently in active development. Metrics are projected benchmarks based on comparable healthcare clinic launches in Tier-2 NCR markets.
